Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
Calming Artistry offers Free Domestic Shipping on all orders $100+ or more (excluding taxes). For US domestic shipments totaling less than $100, a flat rate of $9.95 will be applied. We ship via UPS Ground, Fedex and/or USPS, unless otherwise noted. Any specials or promotions for free or discounted shipping will follow the same guidelines and will be shipped via UPS Ground and/or USPS, unless otherwise noted.
Processing Time
Please allow two to five (2-5 business days) business days processing time for orders placed Monday through Friday. We do our best to process orders within 48 hours. However, we truly appreciate your patience in the event we need to utilize the full processing time. Your order will be shipped out on the day processing has been completed. Orders placed during the weekend (from Friday 3pm through Monday 8:30 am EST) will begin to go through processing procedures on Monday.
Delays in shipping may occur during holiday seasons and promotional events. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at admin@calmingartistry.com.
Order Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your order and confirmation again when your order has shipped via email or text depending on your preferences.
Lost Packages
In the event your order is lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier to secure a refund. Once we have given the package to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility to ensure delivery. The carrier is responsible to ensure that you are fully refunded should they lose your package. You will most likely need your receipt and tracking information to present to them.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. PLEASE BE SURE TO PROOFREAD THE ADDRESS YOU ARE PROVIDING before purchasing. Orders that are delivered to an incorrect address which you provided will not be refunded. Please contact the carrier to find out what options you have. Packages are insured up to $100.
In the event you enter an incorrect address, we can only attempt to intercept the package if it is still in transit or has not left the carrier’s facility. There is no guarantee we will be able to intercept, however, we will do our absolute best to assist. Packages that are out for delivery or have been delivered cannot be intercepted. In this case, please contact the carrier to explore your options.
